Open Pool & consent

Sharing to the Open Pool is opt-in and gated by candidate consent. Open Pool profiles are anonymized until consent is granted. You control whether your tenant participates.

Retention & deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of tenant data; we honor legal and contractual obligations.

Security & processors

We use industry-standard security controls. Subprocessors may include hosting, email, logging, and AI model providers. We maintain DPAs as applicable.
